HR Training Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  • Effectively embodies and demonstrates company Vision, Mission and Culture. ●            Develops and maintains training materials and curriculum ●            Organizes and conducts weekly training sessions.
  • Facilitates onboarding and special class as needed.
  • Provides documentation of training provided, and validates that budgeted time allocated is met.
  • Provides feedback and coaching to trainees as part of the learning experience.
  • Monitors and maintains a reporting system of performance assessments of new hires and tenured VAs (for up-training and cross-training).
  • Keeps track of training records and maintains them in Salesforce.
  • Serves as back-up support in the day-to-day coordination of other training activities (aside from training facilitation) as needed.
  • Handles any other task associated with organizing and scheduling training. ●            Performs ad hoc related tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
  • College Graduate (preferably a Behavioral Science or Psychology graduate a plus)
  • 3+ years of related training role experience facilitating both classroom & virtual classes
  • Follows the ADDIE and Kirkpatrick models in creating and evaluating training programs
  • Experience and knowledge in Salesforce
  • Communication skills – ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, in writing and verbally.
  • Interpersonal skills – cooperative, courteous, flexible and good natured.
  • Effective work skills – conscientious, persistent, resourceful, productive and active.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA
  • Knowledge of PC and applications/programs required to successfully perform their duties.
  • 1+ year experience using GSuite and Canva
  • 1+ experience in content writing and email marketing
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to understand organizational priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
  • Values teamwork
  • Takes initiative and has a high sense of accountability
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of independent contractors and management
TOP 5 NON-NEGOTIABLE:
  • 3+ years of related training role experience facilitating both classroom & virtual classes
