District Sales Supervisor (NCR Based)

JOB SUMMARY:

The District Sales Supervisor is responsible for the 100% achievement of district sales target, expansion of district assignment by increasing number of buying accounts, implement product mix selling of both manufactured & distributed products through professional sales techniques and long- term customer relationship. 

Responsible in conducting monthly accompanied call reports (ACR) with their Sales Executives. Assists and supports the District Sales Manager towards the achievement of the group from medium to long term goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor Degree Graduate of any four year’s course
  • With selling experience in construction related or FMCG products is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable and has wide range of clients in general trade (Hardware stores) is an advantage
  • Know how to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts
  • Willing to do full-time field works and knows how to drive (automatic and manual)
  • At least two (2) years supervisory experience in Sales
  • Articulate on how he/she does sales management
  • Must be NCR-based and is willing to be assigned/travel in the whole NC

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Conducts regular account visitation and public relations to clients. Performs product presentation when needed.
  2. Oversees the over-all sales performance of Sales Executives. Ensures compliance of the staff to Accompanied Call Report (ACR) and other sales agreed plans and objectives that are being implemented.  
  3. Identifies significant credit and collection areas that require corrective action as aligned with the Company's credit risk  philosophy and business goals. 
  4. Provides pertinent information that relates to credit risks and coordinates with the Credit and Collection Department in determining necessary action to address the risks.
  5. Maintains Budget Expense to sales ratio of the district.
  6. Evaluates gathered market information from primary and secondary sources to be able to plan necessary measures.
  7. Ensures discipline and compliance of staff to company rules and regulations.
  8. Attends social functions to promote strong business connections.
