JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Project Sales Manager is responsible in selling the company products to the Philippines’ top 10 developers water companies and from any specific account specified by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any BS Engineering, Management or Marketing
At least three (3) to five (5) years selling experience in Construction Industry, With previous handling of developers & contractors. Must have portfolio of known key account & contact person
Must be wiling to do full-time fieldworks
Must be NCR-based and is willing to be assigned/travel in the whole NCR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
100% achievement of monthly & annual sales targets
Ensures achievement of collection targets in compliance with credit and collection policies.
Develops & maintain long term relationships with key decision makers to influence purchases based on company's product advantages and not to focus on price driven approaches.
Responsible to ensure that company brands are used from start to the finish of an awarded project
Prepare annual, monthly and weekly sales plans ensure achievement of product mix and Sales target per customer.
Evaluates gathered market information from primary and secondary sources to be able to plan necessary measures.
