Brand Marketing Representative (NCR Based)

Paranaque, Metro Manila
JOB SUMMARY:

The Brand Marketing Executive / Events and Relationship Marketing Executive is responsible for organizing corporate, standalone and localized events for the company. Their duties include meeting with industry clients, customers and partners to discuss their needs, maintaining partnerships with vendors and overseeing the set-up, execution and cleanup of events in support of the company's medium to long term plans. In addition, he/she is responsible for developing a network of ADEs (Architects, Designers and Engineers) and ensure to maintain a good working relationship with them. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can generate demand and differentiate our company in the industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of AB Communication Arts/Marketing or any related Business course
  • At least 2 years of working experience related to the position
  • Experience in end-to-end event management
  • Has able to conduct product presentation
  • Can assess overall event success and potential growth opportunities
  • Experience in building professional relationships
  • Advance knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint and any video/photo editing app
  • Knows how to drive 4 wheels (automatic/manual)
  • Willing to do fieldwork covering LUZVIMIN                                                                                                
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  1. Able to plan and execute standalone / regional and localized events for the company in timely, cost-effective and efficient manner. Includes traveling to and from Head Office and regional shows/events. 
  2. End-to-end implementation and management of National Conventions – CONEX, WORLDBEX, PHILCONSTRUCT, WATER PHILIPPINES (and other similar events) 
  3. Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
  4. Own every aspect of an event, from venue choice to success metrics. Including all event set-up, teardown, and follow-up processes.
  5. Develop and nurture professional working relationship with ADEs (Architects, Designers, Engineers) and Industry Orgs (UAP, PSSE, NAMPAP, IIEE and other similar orgs)
  6. Promote Brand and Product awareness to prospective industry partners.
  7. Brand Marketing Executive must perform other duties or tasks that may be assigned to him/her from time to time.
