The Trade Marketing Representative assists the Trade Marketing Manager in increasing visibility for the company products and Trade Incentive promotions on-the-ground and attainment of customer promo target achievement, customer satisfaction customer base expansion and revenue targets per region. He/she will also assist in the creation, development, coordination, execution, implementation and performance reporting of the overall Trade Marketing strategies in support of the company's medium to long term plans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of AB Communication Arts/Marketing or any related Business course
At least 2 years of working experience related to the position
Knowledge in market research and can conduct business reviews
Knowledge in promo execution and trade incentive promos
Has able to develop presentation materials and can present in front of large audience
Advance knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint and any photo editing app
Willing to do fieldwork covering LUZVIMIN
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities and generate invaluable market intelligence.
Administers market research studies to extract key customer insights relevant to improvement of the company’s Trade Incentive Programs
Able to design and execute sales promotions that will generate move-in plan for company’s trade customers
To execute business review with Millionaires Club Members to address opportunities and improve /ensure trade incentive achievement and to supplement sales efforts in guiding customers to our push products
Conducts trade audit in terms of promo execution of sales team to trade customers
Provides support to sales team in terms of Trade Incentive Promo execution and cascade to Trade customers
Assess existing Trade Incentive Programs, processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Identify opportunities to scale Trade Marketing operations / efforts in the mid to long-term set up.
To give focus in supporting R4 and R5 in special campaigns to help generate penetration to more buying accounts or by making existing accounts buy more.
Engages with internal stakeholders to monitor and drive compliance to internal processes in aid of trade marketing activity execution.
Submits monthly Trade Incentive Program to Trade Marketing Manager.
