Under the direction of the CSS Manager, is responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to sales, should ensure efficiency and effectiveness of her function in handling all sales related concerns and matters directed by the CSS Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any (4) four years course
At least 2 to 3 yearssupervisory customer service, customer operations or sales operations experienced in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry or Construction Industry
Experience in bidding
Proficient in MS Office application
Flexible towards work assignments, Organize, Motivated, Customer oriented
Good in oral & written communication
Willing to be assigned in Paranaque (on-site)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes orders of handled District/Region accurately and timely.
Ensures the:
correctness of pricing {discounting} and terms of payment
proper coordination with Credit and Collection Department on the credit standing of the accounts.
Prepares standard quotations with the approved pricing/discounting schemes.
Takes the lead in providing support to PSD CSS Analyst 1 by suggesting and recommending the necessary constructive measures for process improvement and productivity. Supervises the daily tasks and activities of the PSD CSS Analyst 1.
Responsible for the monitoring and allocation of pending orders of all Regions.
Performs the bidding activities as per direction of Management.
Achieves the telemarketing sales monthly target.
Responds to customer inquiries and processes all orders direct from the client.
Coordinates interface relationship with concerned units.
Provides assistance to the CSS Manager in achieving the goals and targets of the team. Discount matters; Memo Preparation; Organizational Projects, and others as directed by the CSS Manager
Performs other functions as deemed necessary by the CSS Manager.
