- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and expand our customer base.
- Manage all social media assets, including directing content creation, posting, and engaging with followers.
- Develop and execute public relations campaigns, including press releases, media pitches, and events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Manage B2B sales, including identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Achieve sales targets and earn performance-based sales commissions on top of the basic salary.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media assets, and handling public relations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the local market and trends.
- Passion for food and pastry.
