- Coordinate your team's and other departments' sales efforts.
- Assess the market's or territory's potential; monitor sales and status updates
- Reports on consumer demands, issues, interests, rivalry, and the possibility of new goods and services are provided by supply management.
- Keep up with best practices and marketing fads.
- Continually enhance through criticism
- Involve selling complex products and/or services to businesses.
- Deals with a target market that stays in need of the products or services to keep the business moving.
