Sales Representative (B2B and Banquet Sales)

Responsibilities:

  • To current and potential customers; present, promote, and offer goods and services using strong justifications
  • To address the demands of current and potential customers, conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses.
  • Create, nurture, and uphold effective company and customer connections. Call prospective customers on the phone
  • To increase satisfaction, and hasten the resolution of client issues and complaints. Reach agreed-upon sales goals and results on time.
  • Coordinate your team's and other departments' sales efforts.
  • Assess the market's or territory's potential; monitor sales and status updates
  • Reports on consumer demands, issues, interests, rivalry, and the possibility of new goods and services are provided by supply management.
  • Keep up with best practices and marketing fads.
  • Continually enhance through criticism
  • Involve selling complex products and/or services to businesses.
  • Deals with a target market that stays in need of the products or services to keep the business moving.
