Implement and transition into steady-state operations
Deliver solutions in one or more functional areas of HR, creating operational efficiency and good employee experiences, by leveraging deep expertise in Workday configuration
Serve as the client-side subject matter expert in one or more functional areas of Workday (HCM, Talent optimization, Compensation, Absence, Reporting & Analytics)
Partner with the global implementation team of the company and third party stakeholders to design, configure, test and deploy Workday
While transitioning to post go-live operations, accountabilities will include:
Functional configuration and management of Workday on one or more Workday functional areas as a subject matter expert
Deliver new requirements and continuous improvement of system configuration and user experience following an Agile Methodology. Will participate in Sprints or take the role of Scrum Master on a scheduled basis.
Act as an escalation point and works towards resolution of defects in configuration
Champion innovation and system stability during the bi-annual feature release of Workday
Manage stakeholders and collaborate with them towards the success of projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in any course
With at least 5 years total professional experience related to Workday; experience from large, matrix global organizations is strongly preferred
With strong Workday configuration and solutions development experience in one or more of the following functional areas: HCM, Talent Optimization, Compensation, Absence, Reporting & Analytics
An HR Professional with a strong mix of functional HR knowledge and Workday configuration and solutions development expertise, and understands the business requirements and desired outcomes
With strong presentation and communication skills, and proficient in English, both written and verbal
