Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Psychology
• 3 years of experience as HR Officer
• Exposed in re-organization
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Background in Recruitment, Training and Development and Employee Relations is a plus.
• Willing to work in Brgy. Sto. Cristo, San Isidro, Nueva Ecija

Job Description

The Human Resource Officer will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, training of new employees and enforcing company policies and practices.
