Responsible for direct development with enterprise accounts and management of partners and System Integrators. Must also bring expertise in selecting partners and steps to take to develop the key accounts further. Building good networks and accounts with various enterprise companies.
Responsible for customer relationship maintenance and satisfaction with the client. Maintaining a harmonious relationship and visiting the clients.
Ability to adapt to strategic planning and priority setting of the department (sales & marketing action plan)
Prepares and analyzes performance tools and reports, including data analysis to monitor and improve the project/accounts performance.
Analyzes contracts and billing for accuracy and completeness; submits the billings to the client promptly and follows up on any issues.
Review and manage the inventory, sales in, and sales out tracking management.
Qualifications of Account Sales Manager
Male/Female, preferably from 25-45 years of age
Graduate of any Business/Management course or Engineering course.
At least 5 years of work experience in SALES, with experience and strong external networking in enterprise accounts, familiar with project development and solution selling.
Preferably with experience in the ICT industry/companies or familiar with ICT solutions such as critical communication, command centers, CCTV, drones, and other related solutions.
With strong interpersonal skills in maintaining client relationship
Must be proficient in verbal and written communication
Must be a good team player and possess a self-motivated driven working style
Must have a pleasing personality and a good moral character
