Role Description

The VITO Group is seeking a full-time Telemarketer Specialist at their Makati location. The Telemarketer Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, identifying customer needs and wants, promoting company services or products, and scheduling appointments for sales representatives. Additionally, the Telemarketer Specialist will maintain accurate customer records, perform follow-up calls, and work collaboratively with sales teams to maximize sales opportunities.

 

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in sales or telemarketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to persuade, influence, and empathize with clients
• Strong customer service orientation and multitasking abilities
• Fluent in English and Filipino
• Applicants must have at least a high school diploma
• Working knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet targets
