Sales Manager (Telco)

Taguig City, Manila

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attract, develop, and maintain a relationship with telco customers in the Philippines
  • Present strategy, solutions, and capabilities to existing and potential customers.
  • Achievement of sales objectives.
  • Initiate marketing activities, facilitate a technical workshop
  • Collaborate with technical teams, and project teams to enhance high-level customer relationships.
  • Other supporting activities as requested by Superior.

Business Skills Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English & Filipino
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence customers.
  • Have a high sense of responsibility and at the same time demonstrate enthusiasm to achieve positive results.
  • Proactive, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spark.
  • Ability to be persistent.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Result-oriented approach to work tasks.
  • Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging yet supportive environment.

Professional Knowledge Requirements:

  • A measurable track record of building, managing, and delivering high-level customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate good business sense.
  • Must possess good commercial understanding.
  • Sales background in Telecommunications Industry is preferred.
  • Connections with other Telco companies like Globe Telecom is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or client relationship role in the Telco Market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication/Marketing or a related field
  • Furthermore, the ideal candidate is up to date with the latest trends and knows the market for cable solutions.
