Responsibilities:

• Manage and serve all Installation and aftersales job requests from sales channels, car dealers, and direct customers

• Monitor all installation schedule and installer’s efficiency

• Ensure accuracy of standard installation process

• Perform and oversee implementation of installation process and servicing functions

• Create installation process and documentation for the Installation Section

• Conduct training for installation and other technical processes

• Create training materials

• Prepare Installation’s expense, productivity and performance report

• Visit suppliers, car and aftermarket dealers if the needs arise

 

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering Course or equivalent, Technical/ vocational related course

• Knowledgeable in installation of Automobile accessories application and limitation

• With at least three (3) years Supervisory experience

• Customer service oriented

• Good in both oral and written communication

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application

• Driving skills is an advantage
