QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a graduate of technical vocational course and or undergraduate of Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 25-30 years of age
• Must have at least 3-5 years’ working experience as a Foreman/Supervisor in a production and Manufacturing environment.
• Must be well-verse with Facility and Machinery Maintenance, with troubleshooting skills in electromechanical and airflow devices.
• Has Knowledge and experience of occupational health and safety standards, best practice manufacturing principles is necessary.
• Has Experience in ISO certification an advantage,
• Has Experience in handling and management of workers is necessary. Must be able to resolve issues and grievances in the workplace.
• Has Ability to do technical training method and process lectures.
• Proficiency/Knowledgeable in MS Office production/engineering software will be a plus factor.
• Knowledgeable in setting up, commissioning, repairs, and maintenance of machines.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal English and Filipino. Speaks Mandarin Chinese an advantage.
• Willing to extend work time and under pressure to meet production targets.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensuring that production activities meet quality and safety standards, including monitoring workers to ensure compliance with best manufacturing practices.
• Overseeing the maintenance of plant facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Coordinating with supervisor to plan the work schedule for the day or with the department.
• Managing the workflow of production activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate records of production activities, equipment usage, and employee performance
• Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and production quality.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss production schedules and milestones, as well as any issues that may arise during production.
• Reviewing work orders to determine staffing needs and assigning general workers to appropriate tasks based on skill set and experience level.
• Provides reporting and communication concerning production activities such facts and data are compiled and collected.
• Instill discipline among production workers and evaluate their training needs and qualifications.
