Operations Manager

Tarlac City, Tarlac

Responsibilities:

  • Establish systems, procedures and work flows to develop short, medium and long term plans and schedules to guide mine development and control.
  • Ensures operations staff are engaged in the mine planning, optimization and productivity processes and improvements and are provided with the shift, week, month and budget plans including stage plans, to allow efficient and effective execution of the plan/s.
  • Manages the overall collection, analysis and reporting of mine information to assess performance statistics, statutory requirements, systems efficiencies and business improvement initiatives. Recommend systems improvements.
  • Develops continuous improvement targets for the function and drive and measure achievement of these targets.
  • Assists with implementation of change management initiatives and other business improvement projects.
  • Assists with the development, implementation and maintenance of safe work procedures and promote high safety and health awareness. Promote and comply with the FCF Occupational Health & Safety Policy.
  • Ensure appropriate facilities, procedures and workforce competence to achieve legal compliance, incident prevention and the achievement of tasks in an environmentally sustainable manner.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of up to date job procedures for all tasks performed within the team

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree, Preferably Mining, Construction & Mechanical Engineer
  • At least 5 years of Same level of experience in the related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
  • Exposure in the Aggregates, Mining, Cement, Construction or related industry.
  • Willing to be assigned at San Jose, Tarlac
