Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage driver schedules to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and inspections to ensure the fleet remains in optimal condition.
  • Oversee driver recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, including driver licensing, vehicle registration, and insurance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of driver logs, vehicle inspections, and other administrative documents.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by drivers, including disputes, safety incidents, or scheduling conflicts.
  • Liaise with other departments to coordinate transportation needs and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure the well-being of drivers and passengers.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle usage to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices in driver management.
