AI Digital Manager (English and Mandarin Speaking)

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Mandarin Chinese and English corpus standards to meet the requirements of the business, including preparing and proofreading Mandarin Chinese and English corpora for large model training in the project
Establish connections, maintain relationships, and coordinate work arrangements with overseas writers' teams and partners to ensure smooth collaboration and project execution
Act as the primary point of contact for overseas operations, overseeing the execution and implementation of various project tasks that require overseas engagement
Prepare, proofread, and maintain Mandarin Chinese and English corpora to meet quality standards
Foster positive and productive relationships with overseas writers' teams and partners, ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse cultural backgrounds
Liaise with overseas teams and partners, convey project requirements, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns promptly and diplomatically
Oversee multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones while adhering to quality standards and budget constraints
Facilitate agreements, contracts, and terms with overseas partners, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements that support project goals and objectives
Identify potential challenges or obstacles in overseas operations and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success
Review and validate Mandarin Chinese and English corpora, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to predefined standards and guidelines.
Implement robust quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate the quality of Mandarin Chinese and English corpora, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance overall quality and usability of training data
Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, milestones, and communications with overseas teams and partners, and generate regular progress reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability in project execution
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; previous Managerial experience is preferred
Fluent in English (native proficiency preferred) with a strong understanding of overseas cultures. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is essential for conducting work tasks. Preference will be given to local candidates or Chinese diasporas.
Must have experience in content creation, proofreading and content management
Demonstrated ability in business operations, with prior experience in connecting, managing, and expanding partnerships with female collaborators within paid social platforms, chat room platforms, or live streaming platforms
Proficiency or familiarity with AI technologies and digital platforms relevant to the project's operations.
Awareness and understanding of cultural nuances, particularly in cross-cultural business interactions, to facilitate effective communication and relationship-building with international partners.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize partnership strategies
Work across different time zones, accommodating varying schedules and availability of overseas teams and partners to maintain efficient collaboration and project progress
Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig and 6 days a week
