Business Development Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 The candidate is responsible for generating revenue growth by prospecting and building
pipeline planning and executing business development activities
 Build strong pipeline consistently by developing new relationships in the target market
segments. Use various channels – cold calling, online media, digital marketing to
generate fresh leads for business

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Good business communication skills
 At least 3 years of experience in client relationship and sales in small to medium size
organizations
 Creative and assertive individual with a hunter mentality who can work well for
developing business with new clients
 Ability to work independently, self-driven and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
 Filling of business proposal/tender online and offline
 Willing to travel per business requirements
 Previous experience in electronic identification and security solutions would be an
advantage
