Sales and Design Consultant (Interior Fixtures and Finishes)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a close relationship with key developers and architectural and design firms and coordinate the sales efforts in the APAC Region. Partner with global firms to introduce the products, get it specified, and grow the business in the assigned area.
Establish and maintain regular contact with key global/local developers and architectural and design firms to introduce new products, assist in selecting product, write proposals within assigned area
Be the liaison between global architect/designer customers and the regional sales force
Be an expert in international design trends and specification
Build trust and rapport with international and local clients to create economic partnership
Make the company’s brands the primary choice of global developers and architectural and design firms
Build personal relationships and build trust with principals and key designers
Understand the Asia Pacific Markets strategy and contribute to the growth
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
5 to 7 years similar work experience in Architectural and Design firms
With sales or marketing experience
Excellent English communication skills; ability to speak Mandarin an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills, conversant in working cross-culturally
Possess/acquire excellent product knowledge and able to speak in the language of international caliber designers
