Business Development Executive for Cebu (Interior Fixtures and Finishes)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Plan, schedule, conduct and evaluate all field sales activities within the assigned area in order to promote and service the company’s products through distributors to builders, plumbers, contractors, retailers, and other specifiers and users in accordance with establishing profitability and service goals
  • Understand and monitor the distributors, dealers, retailers, competitors and other market information
  • Establish and maintain regular contact with major specifiers, mechanical contractors, designers, builders, developers, and the lodging industry within the assigned area
  • Maintain a close connection with developers, distributors, dealers and retailers in respective region
  • Coordinate and implement presentations to major specifiers, mechanical contractors, designers, builders, developers and the lodging industry to introduce new products, assist in selecting product, writing proposals, specifications and obtaining approval of the products
  • Develop and supervise a strategic, consistent and long-term sales network
  • Recommend, guide, develop and assess new retail sales network
  • Coordinate the project and retail activities in respective region in order to achieve the sales objectives
  • Provide information on competitor’s product, dealers/ retailers’ business strategies and other related information advantageous to the company
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business or marketing related course is preferred
  • At least 3 - 5 years sales experience in building materials, household fixtures or other related products, with extensive background in retail and project sales type business
  • Will manage Cebu accounts
