Manage all aspects of leasing operations, including credit assessment (and its tools), booking process, and leasing agreements.
Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to establish and enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct risk management activities to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with leasing operations activities.
Monitor and manage leasing portfolio transactions to ensure timely execution and adherence to established guidelines.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the credit committee, Assets & Liabilities Committee, and top management as required.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in leasing operations management, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role or in banking.
Strong understanding of credit assessment processes and leasing agreements
Proficiency in developing and implementing policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
