Job Description:
- Performs hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
- Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, order replacement parts as required
- Provide on-site installation and technical product training and basic user functionality training to customer base when required.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in establishing preventive maintenance schedules with the customer.
- Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the customer.
Required Qualification:
Education: Engineering Graduate
Experience: 2 years of experience in Sales and Service Engineering
Technical Skills: Experience in handling/managing machines used in the semicon/electronics manufacturing companies
