Research Assistance: Conduct legal research using online databases and resources to support attorneys in case preparation and document retrieval.
Billing and Timekeeping: Assist with legal billing processes, including preparing invoices, tracking billable hours, and maintaining billing records.
Court Filings: Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.
Correspondence: Draft and proofread correspondence, emails, and memos on behalf of attorneys.
Office Operations: Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a law office environment is advantageous.
