Legal Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, edit, and organize legal documents and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls.
  • Maintain and update client files and legal records.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies.
