Mobile Maintenance Supervisor (Licensed Mechanical Engineer)

Description :
Develops, implements and improve processes and procedures for Mobile Maintenance.
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all mobile equipment at project sites.
Oversees multiple maintenance personnel, establish productivity goals and tracks progress of works.
Ensure that all mobile equipment are in good working condition and readily available when needed.
Oversees the repair and maintenance of mobile equipment both at the workshop and off-site.
Inspect all incoming and outgoing mobile equipment based on established checklist and ensure completeness of the equipment.
Reviews maintenance personnel training needs to ensure the workforce competency.
Participate in the mobile equipment evaluation process to determine the need to dispose and/or re-fleet the equipment based on the requirement of production.
Effectively trains, coaches, discipline and develop the potentials of maintenance personnel to achieve and maintain positive working relationship within the organization.
Reduce downtime of mobile equipment by implementing maintenance program based on the manufacturer’s recommendation.
Evaluate and analyze cause of mobile equipment breakdown and recommend action required.
Initiates tear down and survey of parts and components that needs to be replaced, reusability and prepare order request.
Coordinate with Purchasing Department on the status of parts and materials ordered including delivery time.
Coordinate with Production on the availability of mobile equipment schedule for maintenance or due for servicing.
Plan, organize & monitor status of mobile equipment repair and timetable of completion.
Adhere to the safety and environmental compliance.
Requirements :
Registered Mechanical Engineer
At least 5 years of Same level of experience in the related field.
Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
Exposure in the Aggregates, Mining or related industry.
