- Perform and complete third-party audit cycle, and conduct training programs on ISO Standards
- Conduct study of the client’s quality management systems
- Conduct audit on site and prepare and complete the audit package
- Raise non-conformances or findings during the closing meeting subject to review of the lead auditor
- Review and customize training materials, when needed, and conduct training on specific programs as determined by the Division Manager
- Maintain and expand business with assigned accounts, and assist sales executives during client visits as appropriate
- Provide coaching and performance feedback for auditors under training or supervision
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any Information Technology related course
- At least 4 years of work experience in IT, 2 years of which in Information Security; BPO industry experience an advantage
- With strong experience in IT Audit, Quality Assurance, Compliance and Operations
- Must have Lead Auditors Certificate for ISO 27001 and/or ISO 9001
- Good knowledge of ISO 17021-3 (QMS), ISO 17021-2 (EMS) and ISO 19011 and their application
- With experience working within a certified quality system (ISO 9001)
- With excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
- Willing to travel, and amenable to work in Makati
