Job purpose
To work closely with the project management team to map out all the human and material resources
needed to complete projects. This shall include forecasting the cost of development of projects and
translating it into concrete estimates taking into consideration client budget without compromising
quality standards.
Duties and responsibilities
Collect all pertinent documents including venue layout, technical drawings and project
specifications.
Research and suggest finishing materials needed for the project. This involves negotiating
prices, evaluating supplier capabilities and ensuring timely delivery of materials among others.
Study documentation, meet with clients and inspect the construction/fabrication site to fully
understand what work is required.
Decide on the most appropriate human and material resources for each project.
Obtain multiple quotes for each of these and select the most suitable options.
Negotiate with service and materials providers for optimal pricing.
Outline the work plan to gauge how much time will be needed to complete each project.
Perform risk assessments to account for potential deviations from the project plan.
Calculate and track the use of resources and establish desired profit margins to calculate an
overarching price.
Draft proposals that detail a forecast of materials, costs and time frames.
Keep up with safety codes as well as fabrication and project management policies.
Assist in supervising the operations team with work processes and methodology.
Meet with clients to discuss projects.
Work with a team to manage multiple projects.
Qualifications
A degree/license/certificate in Construction Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent is an
advantage
Proven experience as a project estimator

Working conditions
● Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
● Saturday 9am to 1pm (please note that we do not require people to come in if there is nothing
to do, however, if there are tasks/projects that require employees to work on a Saturday half
day, it is still part of the workweek.)
● Hybrid Arrangement; Flexible in terms of hours and willing to travel
● Resident of Paranaque, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Makati, and Laguna an advantage
