JOB SUMMARY
Sales Admin Staff provide clerical and organizational support to the Sales team. As a sales administrator, S/he will track sales contracts, process paperwork, maintain the customer database, and ensure products and services are delivered on time.
 
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Functions
1. Pre-Sales task
a. Requesting of details for invoice
b. Invoicing and official receipt preparations
2. Post-Sales Tasks
	- Endorsement of client materials to operations for checking and scheduling of uploads
 
	- Coordination of photo documentation with Technical Team
 
	- Checking and sending of Certificate of Implementation/Completion to clients
 
	- Checking and coordinating timely submission of monthly certificate of performance (COP) and other necessary client requirements including email confirmations from mall managers
 
	- Monitoring of changes of materials during the duration of the contract
 
	- Post-Sales data monitoring

3. Maintaining accurate Sales Contract Database
4. Field tasks include sending invoices and official receipts to clients.
5. Non-sensitive bank concerns and transactions
6. Clerical work including encoding of receipts and other transactions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
	- Must be able and willing to travel around Metro Manila for Field-based tasks
 
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
	- Business Course Graduate and preferably Fresh Graduate,
