Manage the overall marketing requirements of the company
Lead the product development and marketing in research, planning, implementation, and documentation
Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Graphic Design, Programming, and Technical teams
Marketing:
Manage the branding of the company, products and product awareness campaigns
Provide in-depth market, industry, and competitive analysis, research, and positioning of the products
Direct the Marketing efforts onsite and online: develop marketing campaigns, execute activities that will generate leads, including coordination with suppliers, e.g. flyers, newsletter/email marketing, exhibits, events, saturation, online presence (social media, website), B2B events, webinars, survey/fill-out forms, press releases, etc.; manage SEO, SEM, and other analytics for the company and its products
Oversee fulfillment of client requirements in marketing/advertising
Website & Social Media Management: directly manage online accounts and provide regular content updates (content creation); update the website for new products and inventory, in coordination with Programming team
People Development: manage the activities, performance, and development of the team; provide training needs and map out developmental plans for the team
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any Marketing-related course
At least 3 year’s experience in product development, marketing, product design, research, project feasibility, and pricing strategy. Advertising platforms and Interactive Kiosks background is an advantage.
Experience in B2B marketing
Skilled in research, analyzing data, creating and managing campaigns, generating content, and driving sales growth, Social media, LinkedIn and online marketing, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics
Good in copywriting
Must be knowledgeable in presentation and reports, proficient in MS Office applications and Google workspace. Knows basic Photoshop or Canva.
