Marketing and Operations Supervisor (LED and LFD Products/Digital Marketing)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

OPERATIONS:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations, fulfillment of operational and advertising requirements of client (i.e. playlist management, content uploads, documentation, site updates)
  • Manage the fulfillment of site partner and internal uploads, including ads, map updates, tags, etc.
  • Manage the inventory of products
  • Coordinate with Product Development, Programming, and Technical teams for new products
  • Liaise with site partners for coordination and management of old and new products
  • Prepare and submit weekly updates, and monthly report to superior

MARKETING:
  • Lead the marketing team in research, planning, implementation, quality checking, and documentation. Work closely with Graphic Design, Programming, and Technical teams.
  • Manage the branding of the company, products and product awareness campaigns
  • Provide in-depth market, industry, and competitive analysis, research for project feasibility, and positioning of the product
  • Review existing products and suggest enhancement
  • Conduct field visits for research and to evaluation of products
  • Direct the Marketing efforts onsite and online
           1. Develop marketing campaigns
           2. Execute activities that will generate leads, 
           including coordination with suppliers, e.g. flyers,
           newsletter/email marketing, exhibits, events,
           saturation, online presence (social media,
           website), B2B events, webinars, survey/fill-out
           forms, press releases, etc.

           3. Prepare a monthly content calendar for social
           media content updates
            4. 
Update the website for new products and
           inventory, in coordination with Programming
           team, if necessary
           5. Track and monitor marketing budget
           6. 
Manage SEO, SEM, and other analytics for the
           company and its products
  • Manage the activities, performance, and development of the team

​​​​​​​QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • Graduate of BS Marketing or any Marketing-related course
  • At least 3 year’s experience in product development, marketing, product design, research, project feasibility, and pricing strategy
  • Must have experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in Advertising platforms and Interactive Kiosks is a big plus
  • Skilled in copywriting, research, analyzing data, creating and managing campaigns, generating content, online marketing. SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Google workspace and knows basic Photoshop or Canva
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City
