JOB SUMMARY
A Service Supervisor is generally assigned for the upkeep of the company's assets deployed in different areas across the country via on-site and remote implementations. The Technical Support shall be analytical and sufficiently trained in every aspect of the job. They are expected to deliver concise reports and outputs.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Remote and on-site asset technical support, updating and documentation.
2. Hardware and software installation and configurations
3. Periodical on-site asset maintenance
4. Assists in research and development of IT hardware requirements.
5. Monthly and concurrent processing of COP, COC, COI (Certificates of Performance, Completion, and Implementation)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
6. Worked as an IT/Computer technician from a reputable company.
7. Must have no derogatory records.
8. With 7 years minimum of experience
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
9. At least a graduate of any Computer, IT and any related courses
10. Must have at least 3 years of experience on scope of work
