Formulate store budgets and achieve key performance indicators, including sales, gross profit, operating costs, product loss, profit, and inventory management
Oversee the store's procurement, inventory management, product display, stocktaking, loss prevention, cleanliness, hygiene, and financial management
Handle unexpected incidents and customer complaints that arise in daily operations
Execute promotional activities, plans, and price adjustment schemes as directed by headquarters, and promptly report on the implementation status
Manage the store's equipment, inventory, and other assets, ensure the safety of these assets, guide employees in properly using and maintaining various equipment, improve equipment utilization efficiency, reduce costs, and implement energy-saving measures
Regularly report store performance, progress towards goals, and other operational matters to upper management
Monitor and supervise the work of all levels of management, coordinate relationships between various departments within the store, and evaluate the performance of direct reports
Manage and develop store personnel, train and guide subordinates, cultivate successors for the position, and arrange, guide, and supervise the management tasks of store management trainees (MT) and other reserve staff
Supervise the performance evaluation work of all departments within the store
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related fields
At least 5 years of work experience in retail operations management, in the Jewelry industry. International work experience is a plus.
Must know how to speak Mandarin and English; familiarity with the local language is an advantage.
