What You'll Be Doing
As the Accounting Supervisor of Finance Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Your responsibilities will include establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and procedures, as well as evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures to increase efficiency.

In this role, you will:
- Oversee the preparation of cost control report per expense and monitor allocation of costs per department/group; Provide cost and variance analysis.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable and maintain the trial balance with reconciliation of general ledgers. Monthly recognition of accrual, depreciation, and amortization.
- Prepare financial statements through collection, analysis, and summarization of data (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Fixed Asset Schedule, Statement of Operations) in coordination with service providers and partners for the month- end close of General Ledger
- Monthly/Quarterly preparation and filing of tax thru EFPS and EBIR.
- Assist the Auditors with the yearly Audit of the Financial Statements.
- Manage preparation of company budget. Provide monthly reviews and implementing business plans.
- Provide Management with regular financial information/reports as may be required in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Internal Finance Team and stakeholders through email
- correspondences and weekly meetings; Respond to inquiries related to financial statement and other reportorial requirements.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.
You're a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or any equivalent certification
- Five (5) years and above of work experience as an Accountant; At least two years must be in Supervisory role.
- Familiarity with BIR Tax filing rules and regulations and perform filing through EFPS and EBIR
- Familiarity with all facets of accounting process and basic accounting principles
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written; Can interface with foreign stakeholders
- Advance skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel; Knowledge on SAP is an advantage but not required
- Experience in a PEZA company is an advantage
- High degree of accuracy and data entry skills; Ability to deliver work on time and within deadline
- Able to do tasks with minimum supervision
