Implement sales activities in assigned area & segment to achieve sales target, assist sales strategies planning/implementation and support the Tunneling & Mining sales team in the specification and promotion of brands
Sales Development: implement sales and marketing plan, follow up customers/projects to achieve sales target, arrange product testing and trial runs, produce regular sales forecast, draw variances analysis and propose follow-up actions
Customer Management: identify potential customers, conduct sales calls/visits, consolidate data of customer needs to secure or enhance business opportunities, maintain account relationships, conduct Key Account Management for key customers to provide right value proposition aiming to enhance the customer relationship, ensure all supporting functions involved in the delivery of agreed customers’ need
Market Intelligence: collect data on market trends, market share, product and service needs, prepare & promptly report market intelligence, including feedback on potential threats to relevant business
Credit Management: coordinate with direct manager and credit to define customer credit limits, debt collection, influence decision makers on all levels and implement sales and marketing plans respectively for all client
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering (Professional License an advantage but not required)
At least 1 - 2 years experience in Sales of specialty chemicals, building and construction materials related to mining, underground construction and tunneling
Good technical background in mining, underground construction and tunneling
Willing to travel and knows how to drive
Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
