Enable the execution and implementation of a pilot project
Facilitate and coordinate with the Agency Director and Operations Manager on the project’s workforce planning and budgeting process within the Agency
Collaborate with Agency Director and Operations Manager and other department managers to implement innovative HR practices in recruitment, onboarding, employee life cycle management, employee relations, payroll, performance and potential management, and staff engagement, welfare and development, supporting the project
Oversee accurate and timely payroll administration in collaboration with the accounting team, adhering to statutory regulations
Track, generate and manage documents for legal accreditations, audits as well as any other statutory compliance reports from time to time
Recruit, lead, and manage direct reports in alignment with the agency’s values, enhancing effectiveness and efficiency. Develop and manage their performance through clear accountability, coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities.
Participate regularly in key stakeholder activities carried out in the community areas and elsewhere to observe, build alliances, engage, and solicit feedback with diverse stakeholders both internal (staff, and volunteers) as well external partners like government institutions, other NGOs etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Psychology or other related courses
With at least 5 years of experience in an HR Leadership position driving people practices such as recruitment, development, leadership development, succession management, performance management
A working knowledge of HR/labor related statutory compliances, policies, and procedures
Must be amenable to work on a two-year fixed term contract
Proficient computer skills specifically MS Office as well as familiarity with inter/intranet, Google Drive, etc., as well as other HRIS software
Fluent in English with strong verbal, written, presentation, and reporting skills
Amenable to work from Tuesday to Saturday
Amenable to work onsite in Caloocan and/or Novaliches
Willing to work in a non-profit organization/NGO
Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of compassion, empathy and integrity. With a passion to work on complex social causes specially the cause of children and youth and cause of the marginalized children and families.
