- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or related
- Background in the Real Estate industry is a plus
- Atleast 2 years of experience in accounting and payroll
- Willing to work in Makati City
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform data entry of transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring adherence to regulations
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist building admins in all documentary requirements needed
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor cash flow and assist in cash management
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits
- Perform other related functions as may be assigned
