Accounting Assistant (Real Estate)

Makati City, NCR
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or related
  • Background in the Real Estate industry is a plus
  • Atleast 2 years of experience in accounting and payroll
  • Willing to work in Makati City

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform data entry of transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring adherence to regulations
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Assist building admins in all documentary requirements needed
  • Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in cash management
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial audits
  • Perform other related functions as may be assigned
