Retail Sales Executive for NCR and South Luzon (Sanitary Wares/Finishing Materials)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop new business opportunities for the retail sales channels
Develop proposals and presentations for new business materials
Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
Generate new leads of potential customers, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in any Business related course
At least 5 years experience in Business Development for sanitary wares, finishing materials and other related products
Good understanding of durable consumables or building materials industry
Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation, distribution management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Must be willing to travel within NCR and South Luzon areas
