Retail Sales Executive for NCR and South Luzon (Sanitary Wares/Finishing Materials)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Develop new business opportunities for the retail sales channels
  • Develop proposals and presentations for new business materials
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
  • Generate new leads of potential customers, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company

QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any Business related course
  • At least 5 years experience in Business Development for sanitary wares, finishing materials and other related products
  • Good understanding of durable consumables or building materials industry
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation, distribution management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Must be willing to travel within NCR and South Luzon areas
