Responsibilities:

1) SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Support management of the company's digital platforms -

2 Facebook pages
1 Facebook group
1 YouTube Channel
1 TikTok Channel

Liaise/ coordinate with creative agency on daily tasks/ within the creative agency service level agreement - boostings and ads, etc.
Facilitate report retrieval and creation on KPIs and monthly highlights, including competitor insights, farmer profile databasing, etc.
Monitor SLA KPIs and targets across all online platforms; work with creative agency on cascaded plans and content creations
Facilitate on sending inquiries to field teams/ customer care
Monitor and manage profile databasing and counterfeit reports from the creative agency
Support Brand campaign implementations online
Assist on answering inquiries across platforms

2) CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

Company branding; understand the design and branding protocols of the company
Develop marketing materials for online - photo posts, videos, testimonials, interactive posts, etc.
Assist with the live/ online initiatives
Lead "pocket" brand campaigns online - plan, strategize, pitch ideas and implementation
Collect photos and video materials for content development
Database all brand materials in Microsoft Teams database

3) BCS WEBSITE CONTENT SUPPORT
Produce stories/writeups for the website; promote in all digital platforms for cross postings Assist Brand Communications Asst. on website management whenever needed

4) MARKETO SUPPORT

Manage inquiries received from the website's 'Contact Us' marketo forms - endorse to person-in- charge for handling/Customer Care
Database customer profiles and endorse to MarCom
Prepare monthly reports for different marketing use cases

5) TEXT CONNECT SUPPORT

Support management of our text Service platform - send out SMS promotions, update farmer database
Monthly Report Creation
Promote text Platform in Digital online platforms

6) MARKETING SERVICE CENTER SUPPORT

Support in events management/ brand material production requirements for selected field and internal activities when needed
Support Brand Communication Assistant tasks if needed

Qualifications:
• College graduate of any 4-year Development Communication or any communications courses preferably with experience on Designing, Writing, Media Production, Digital Communications, and Data Management
• Experience in Digital Marketing management
• Experience in writing stories
• Experience in packaging information to different informational tools an media
• Skills in print, video, animation development - proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro
• With portfolio to show on previous design outputs
• Background in Agriculture is a plus
• Project management experience; knowledge of systems like SAP (advantage)
• With good communication skills
• Social Media Savvy – Digital Marketing experience should be a plus
• Media Production Skills – Layout, video production, animation, etc.
• Writing Skills – Provide us with portfolio/ writing samples
