Salesforce Development Section Head

Paranaque City, Manila
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and mentor a development team to provide guidance, drive best practices and elevate overall team performance.
• Establish goals for the team, conduct regular meetings, and annual reviews for maintain alignment to corporate strategies.
• Collaborate with IT managers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Lead the design, development, and documentation of Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to manage deployments, including sandbox-to-production releases and version control.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Provide support for the Salesforce platform: troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX, git, and continuous integration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering Salesforce projects.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or II (preferred).
• Experience with MuleSoft is a plus.
