Act as a consultant to the developers, architects and contractors for the products & systems enabling to generate specifications and seamlessly turnover to sales
Ensure that the roofing/waterproofing systems satisfy target customer needs while in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in the development of new products or systems to be introduced to the PH market and support sales managers in achieving targets of the project segment in their territory
SpecificationGeneration/Development: execute project sales lead generation strategy, assist decision makers or influencers in drafting the desired specifications for their projects, ensure that the products have been stated in project specification, assist with the commercialization of new product launch.
Coordinate & monitor the sales leads with sales officer to ensure the specifications become sales, give inputs to sales officer/ distributor for the preparation of quotation proposal as required, giving support to the distributor in the process of clarification negotiation with customer, report to the Sales Manager if there are issues on the Architect/ Developer side in handling sales leads.
Create and maintain detailed specifications of products & systems, regularly review existing specifications and update them as necessary to reflect changes in technology, regulations, or market demands, maintain comprehensive documentation for all specifications, including version control and approval processes
Work closely with technical, marketing, logistics teams to ensure specifications are accurate and feasible, provide training and support to other departments regarding specifications and compliance requirements, liaise with external stakeholders, including manufacturing team and regulatory bodies, to ensure specifications meet external requirements, manage special strategic projects/programs as necessary, demonstrate high level of negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other related courses
At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role, and as a B2B sales professional, in the construction materials industry
Construction and/or engineering/architectural background, and developer project management experience a plus
