Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional with expertise in labor cases and employee relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
	- Handle employee relations issues, resolve workplace conflicts, and provide guidance to employees and managers.
 
	- Manage and oversee labor-related cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and legal compliance.
 
	- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and company policies to ensure compliance.
 
	- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives as needed.
 
	- Provide advice and solutions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
 
Qualifications:
	- Background in Human Resources, with proven experience in labor cases and employee relations.
 
	- A degree in BS Psychology is an advantage.
 
	- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to mediate and resolve conflicts.
 
	- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
 
	- Highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
