Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making
· Drive financial performance, optimize resource allocation, and align financial strategies with business objectives
· Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans
· Conduct variance analysis and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
· Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards, and coordinate the audit process and liaise with external auditors
· Oversee cash flow projections and manage working capital to ensure liquidity, and monitor accounts receivable and payable to optimize cash management
· Work closely with senior management to provide financial data and support strategic initiatives, and assist in pricing strategies and cost analysis to enhance profitability
· Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
· Implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
· Act as a point of contact for financial matters with government agencies, banks, and other external partners
· Support cross-functional teams by providing financial insights and recommendations
Qualifications:
· Graduate of BS Accountancy; CPA a must
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role in a multinational company; at least 2 years in a Managerial position
· Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP/QuickBooks /Business Central) and advanced Excel skills
· Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
· Experience in the construction materials industry is an advantage
· Must be amenable do occasional travel for meetings or audits
