Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions, including expenses, revenues, and payments.
- Process journal entries and adjustments for accuracy in financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements & AccountsEnsure timely and accurate filing of tax returns & government agencies (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, BIR).
- Process vendor and supplier payments on time.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Manage petty cash and bank transactions.
Qualification & Skills:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related course
- Must have at least two (3) years of work experience as accounting assistant or accounting clerk
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Software is a plus
- Ability to use computer softwares such as Microsoft Excel, & Google Sheets Familiarity with government regulations (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig) is a plus.
