- Bachelor’s or college degree in Business Administration major in Economics, Marketing or any equivalent.
 
	-  Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or strategic planning.
 
	-  Excellent Organizational and Leadership skills. Has strong knowledge of business management principles.
 
	-  Excellent research and data analysis skills. Has a good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques;
 
	- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
 
	- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
 
	- Good Computer Skills (MS Office).
 
	- Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision. Has the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 
	- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
 
	- Ability to analyze company procedures and create and implement necessary improvements.
 
	-  Has a high sense of urgency and can deliver in accordance with the given timeframe or deadline.
