• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• At least 3 years of experience in terms of Asset Sales and Leasing;
•  Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Flexible, organized and has the ability to do multi-tasking;
• Proficient in the use of a computer, MS Office, Google Earth Pro;
• Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision. Has high sense of urgency and can deliver in accordance with the given timeframe;
•  Can handle inquiries, ads, getting sales and leasing prospects.

• Proficiency in social media platforms
• With customer service experience
• With real estate experience
