Admin & Finance Assistant (Reliever)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• CLMS activation of speaker’s contract
• Honorarium processing (IPD)
• MDG – registration of MDs in the MasterData system Monitoring of check deposits and
ORs for MD payments SmartBuy – Purchase requisition for both EF and PH
• Other sales and marketing functions such as but not limited to:
• Calendar invites of PH meetings (CAP, Marketing, Sales, MACs and COMEX)

Skill:

• Keen eye for details
• Can adopt/understand the Bayer system and process easily
• Work Schedule: Flexible (WFH and Office)
• She will need to report to office if Beck reports to office
