Plan, prepare, and execute in-store activations, pop-ups, and outbound events, managing logistics, vendor coordination, and event setup/teardown
Ensure smooth event operations by collaborating with sales, delivery, and store teams, while tracking materials, inventory, and promotional assets
Work closely with store leaders, marketing, and operations teams to align events with branding, while managing vendor communications for quality and timely delivery
Plan promotional materials, utilize design skill in Photoshop (PSD) or Illustrator (AI) to develop event content, and abilities to provide briefings for external partner agency or vendors
Collect and analyze event data, customer insights, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or other related courses
With experience in Content creation, graphic design, Photoshop, Illustrator
Excellent copywriting/editing skills
Good organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
